On behalf of the Highland Lakes Bar Association (HLBA Board), I am writing to delete an outdated website hosted on your service https://hlbatx.wordpress.com/.
This prior website was managed by a prior Attorney possibly Jose Margialone, or Judge Gil Jones. Or another Attorney that has left their position and responsibility as a webmaster.
The HLBA has, and continues maintain all copyrights to what’s portrayed on the WordPress website.
We have a domain and website now hosted with Go Daddy at http://www.hlbatx.org. The outdated WordPress Site conflicts in public search engines such as Google.
If you would please take down, delete, or hide the old website from public viewing, we would be appreciative. Please can contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff), or [redacted by mod] should you have any questions or need for a more formal legal approval.

Only the owner of a site can remove it. We see the owner of the site as the individual who created the WordPress.com account and site, not any organisation on whose behalf they might have done it.
