Hola, cómo están? Adquirimos un plan premium con ustedes pero aún aparece como gratuito el sitio (el plan que tenemos), nos llego la factura al mail y el cargo se hizo a la tarjeta. Nº de factura: 38271799 el sitio es: gudacomunicacioncom.wordpress.com
Todo fue adquirido con el correo de mi compañera, (email visible only to moderators and staff)

This account has never bought anything from us, and have two sites: https://juanmoreiras.wordpress.com/ and https://gudacomunicacion.wordpress.com/, both on the free plan.https://gudacomunicacioncom.wordpress.com/, that you mention above, does not exist, as it was deleted three weeks ago. That site now has a different domain.
That site does have a premium plan, but it belongs to a completely different account. You’ll have to log into the correct account to access that site and its upgrades.
