"Home" link directs me to my old URL-how to fix?

  I changed my site URL, but when I click on “Home” it takes to my old blog site-which has been deleted.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Looks like you’re using a Custom Menu and will have to edit it.
