  Hi there, we have two ways. For new, block-built themes, go here:
  https://wordpress.com/pages/

  Tap the three dots icon next to the page you want as the homepage. You’ll see an option to set the homepage there.

  Or, for our classic themes, you can currently use Customize > Home Page Settings. You’ll just need to ensure the page is published before you try that.
