  My web pages are not displaying correctly. Groups of words are going across the screen. I think I may have clicked on a setting when editing pages but dont know what I clicked on. Any help would be gratefully received!

  Hi,

  The site https://thinkingcriticallysite.wordpress.com/ looks perfectly normal for a site with the Gateway theme activated. Compare, for example, your front page to the Gateway demo “Blog” page. What do you see that doesn’t appear as you expect that it would.

  Thanks so much for the info. The site I actually need help with is one created at work which is not live at present as it needs a lot of work done on it. Would love to be able to post a screen grab of what it looks like.

  What’s the site address (URL), and which theme is activated? Is it a WordPress.com site?

  Thanks again for your excellent advice. Trouble is that the site was set up by an ex colleague of mine and its password protected. I have just created a new page on my site (the Critical Thinker) called Test Page. The featured image on the page is a screen shot of the problem I am having with the other site.

  Trouble is that the site was set up by an ex colleague of mine and its password protected.

  If the site or page is private but still on our servers, I can view it as staff. Can you send a link?

  @adebisiadelaja Try making a custom menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  If you can use those steps here, great, otherwise you’ll need to look at WordPress.org for how to make a custom menu. I hope that helps.
