  I can not figure out how to add a picture to my home page
  It’s just a header and the link to pages

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No problem, we can help you.

  Click on My Sites -> Sites -> Media

  You can add images in to your media library and then click on
  My SItes -> Design -> Customize to set up the theme.
