home page content is getting displayed twice

  i have selected this theme where in if i put some content in Home page,its getting displayed twice.That is in the home page and at the end of the page.how do i change it.Please check in https://sannisarga.wordpress.com/.Please let me know how to get rid of it, as i m new to wordpress
