  Hi there! My homepage appears normal when I am on my WordPress account, but when I go to my website on my search bar, it goes to the website, but says the that ‘page cannot be found’

  Is this for http://emberjournal.org/?

  That domain is mapped to the site in your account, but the domain’s name servers are pointed to Cloudflare, and the domain’s IP addresses are not ours. It appears that instead of properly pointing the domain to us, the site owner, egjeditor, is using domain masking to make the site appear at the domain.

  Not only does this bypass the domain mapping upgrade that exists to properly connect the site to the domain, it also causes several WordPress.com features to break. So that’s the first thing we need to rule out as a possible cause here.

  Please contact the site owner and ask them to complete the steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/ to properly point the domain to us. Let us know if you still run into this error after doing that.
