Home page Excerpt

    I Typed my page link on my facebook to tell friends about my new blog and when it shows a preview of the Homepage it says ‘Contact’ and the excerpt says ‘This is an example of an excerpt’. I understand fully how to change the excerpt for each individual post, but not sure on how to change this on the homepage. Please someone help me change this option. The crazy part is it was working just fine up til yesterday when I downloaded the app and added a theme. I removed the theme but my homepage still is in shambles.

    See the forum topic Change Recent Posts Excerpt. Despite its title, the OP seems to describe essentially the same issue that you’ve described. There is a solution provided by Happiness Engineer kokkieh in the topic.
