Home page is defaulting incorrectly!

The website is britishfilth.com and typing that in takes you to a particular page (I don’t know which one and can’t work out how to locate it), but if you click on the ‘Home’ tab from the menu on that page, you’ll be taken to my real home page, and the one I want the domain URL to default to.
I’m stuck and don’t know how to change it! I don’t want to use redirects, I’d like to solve the issue at source if possible.

britishfilth.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site which is connected to your WordPress.com account with the Jetpack plugin. There is some information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in this guide:

Thanks, just in case anyone else has this issue, I got it fixed. The problem was that my customization settings were configured so my static page was set to show the last page I updated rather than my homepage. I changed it in WordPress customize settings and voila.
