HOME PAGE – NOT FOUND

I CAN’T FIND THE HOME PAGE TO EDIT IT AND IT COMES UP AS NOT FOUND. WHEN I GO INTO EDIT PAGES, THE HOME PAGE IS NOT THERE
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You evidently have the front page set to display posts, yet haven’t any published posts. This setting can be changed at Settings > Reading. The default home tab leads to the posts stream, rather than a page title “home.”

That is accomplished by changing the setting at Settings > Reading from
“Front page displays your latest posts,” to “Front page displays a static page (select below)” and then selecting (or creating new) pages to be your front page and your posts page. See the relevant support page:
