    Please someone more experienced help.
Is it possible that because of free plan, my site has limitations for editing?
When I go to WP admin to edit, it keeps me redirecting to some other (old i think) url. Is it because of that possible that google isnt recognizing my posts? I have found in page settings also that url as saved, but cant edit that.
Specific url is https//filmumovie.wordpress.com instead https//ofilmu.movie,blog.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi –

The site registered to your account is ofilmu.movie.blog. The site that you’re asking about does not exist. If you’d like to use that address you need to register it to your account.

    Thank you for answer..
When I type filmumovie.wordpress.com, it redirects me to my valid site. But when I enter WP admin panel, it stays on wordpress.com.
Could it be because of free plan?

  • Both are the same site, one is a mapped domain and the other is its core URL.

Would you mind explaining the limitations you’re encountering?

Maybe it’s off topic, but main problem is that whatever I type in google search related to my site or posts (site title, post slug, metatag), google doesnt show it in first 200 results. So I’m thinking that problem is because of two URLs are interfering, or my plan is free so I can’t add proper plugin for SEO?

  • How your site ranks in search results depends on the relevance of your site content to the search term, and how many other sites on the web link back to that content. If other sites are ranking higher than yours, it’s because they have more backlinks and Google considers their content more relevant to the search term you entered. And yes, this can be the case even if you’re using your site’s exact title as the search term.

A SEO plugin would give you more granular control over your site’s SEO configuration, but the default SEO on WordPress.com follows all best practices and is considered among the best on the web. Changing the stuff a plugin would allow you to change will have very little actual impact on your search ranking.

The best way to ensure your site’s search ranking improves, is to continue writing high-quality, original content, and getting other people to quote/link back to your content on their own sites, which Google interprets as your site being an authoritative source on the subject you’re writing about.

Thank you very much on detailed answer. So I obviously must be more patient.
