homepage error message

    Super noob question:
    I’ve purchased the domain glammore.com.au
    And all added into WordPress, checked in OK, pointing 3 Name servers to ns1.wordpress.com.
    Got a big green tick in the domain tab as well.

    However, when I go to Glammore.com.au to test Preview my Edit, this happens

    “An error occured retreiving bizcard information: Could not find domain glammore.com.au”

    Did I do something wrong or forgot to add an IP address into my Hosting Zone Manager thing?

    Hi there,

    Did you make these domain changes recently? If so I think it will help to clarify that they do not take effect right away.

    To explain, there is a process called “propagation” where information about the domain change is updated world-wide. This process can take up to 24+ hours (though usually much less) and during that time you may see odd behavious, like warning message in your browser about “redirect errors”, a blank white screen, etc..

    Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your internet service provider updates their records. Please rest assured that everything is proceeding normally with your domain.

    If you still have trouble viewing the site after 24 hours has passed, please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies:http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies
