Homepage is not my landing page for my website :(

    Hi there. I really hope you can help. I’ve searched everywhere for a solution. I created a wp site using the flatsome template. Everything was running well until I updated the flatsome version to the latest one. Since then, I’ve noticed if I search for my company page in google, just my Contact Us page appears. My homepage does not appear at all. I’ve indexed the homepage on google, I’ve set it to static, I’ve added more information on to it nothing is working. Please can you help. I am using Yoast now, only because I thought it would help me to outrank my contact us page…..but that’s not working either. I’ve a novice so its probably something I’m doing!

    My website is being outranked by my FB company page and by a page that was created by some web designers who are refusing to take their version down unless we pay them a fee….(they bought the domain without us knowing)

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:

    It’s highly unlikely that changing themes would have affected your site’s search ranking, but if you suspect an issue with your theme it’s best to contact their support directly.
