Homepage Template Not Updating

  Hi,

  My site is https://www.nexal.ca/ and the homepage is updating when I am logged into the backend of WordPress but not when logged out. The template is updated for all innerpages but the homepage is not showing the updates in the banner and footer.

  HELP PLEASE!
