  can i use wordpress to build my site then transfer it to a local host because we have a paid plan for this local host including email.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you referring to deltascientificservices.wordpress.com? If so, the site can be created here and then transferred to a WordPress.org site hosted by another provider with these steps:

  https://move.wordpress.com/
