  if we get premium plan, and we make a website on WordPress can we host through our own server if yes do you guys provide tech support for that.

  If you are looking to create a WordPress site on your own server, you’ll be looking for help in the documentation and forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you want tech support, you might consider posting a job opening on the relevant boards at https://jobs.wordpress.net and https://jetpack.pro
