  If I transfer the domain ownership will I be able to publish my website

  Please let us know which domain you’re inquiring about – and is it coming to or from WordPress.com?

  Domain transfers generally take 5 days to complete. During that time you can continue to write and add content but it won’t display until the transfer is completed.
