  how to post my data to website using File Zilla FTP

  This isn’t possible on the wordpress.com platform. WordPress stores its data in a database, not as files on a server.

  But I have seen others who post the data to website through FTP(Filezilla).Can any one help me with that??

  You may be confusing WordPress.com sites with sites built via the WordPress open-source software (available from WordPress.org).

  Sites using the open-source WordPress software typically use FTP to access files on their web host’s server. WordPress.com does not use this method and all access is down through your site’s dashboard.
