  For the website I’m creating, I already had a domain name and hosting (for the old website) at OVH. I want to transfer the domain name (or just link it, I’ll see).
  On the other hand, I don’t know if it’s necessary to keep the hosting with OVH as the old website won’t exist anymore. If I understood correctly, the WP subscription automatically includes the hosting of the website you create.
  Can you confirm if I will be able to delete it afterwards ?

  You are correct. When you move the domain to WordPress.com we automatically include hosting for that domain. There are 2 options for this type of move.

  1. a domain transfer: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  2. domain mapping: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  You’ll need to add a hosting plan to the account before the domain can get connected. Those are at https://wordpress.com/pricing/
