  When you pay the $4.00 per month fee, does WordPress provide hosting as part of this package?

  Hi there,

  You don’t pay for hosting on WordPress.com. You free site at http://pennypinchersjamaica.home.blog/ is already hosted with us, and has been since the moment you created it.

  What you pay for with a plan are the extra features included in the plan.

  Also note that all upgrade plans are billed per year, and in advance. We don’t offer any monthly payment options at this time.
