Hover animation for an image in the tab widget

  Hi Anyone, I am new to using wordpress/elementor.

  1) I am looking to set a hover animation on images in the content of the tab.
  2) Also, can someone point me in the right direction if I wanted to added a scroll features such as this website under ‘Products’ https://agrocorp.com.sg/products-brands/
