how can full-protect a page of shared wp-base site?

  For a awarded study,
  several new developers will start construct
  a web-page on our WP-base site
  but we do not want one see other’s page till all finishes.

  So, is it possible and can be full-secure this
  by password protection of WP-page?

  (Since some of these guys are strong hacker)

  I think your strong hackers need to be aware of the difference between WP.com and WP.org.
