How can I access a theme I previously paid for?
-
I recently purchased the Christopher theme and find it so difficult to set up that I’d like to revert to a previous premium theme I had purchased. How can I access it?

It looks like the previous theme you used was ThemeMin. You should be able to switch back by going here:
https://mhperry.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?search=thememin
Would you like me to refund your purchase of Christopher?

When I click on the link, I get a message saying the theme no longer exists.
But yes, I would like a refund for Christopher.
Thanks!

I’ve switched you back to thememin, can you take a look? If everything is okay, I will cancel christopher and refund.

I appreciate your help, but I had just installed the free theme called Rowling. Can you restore it–but show me how to get thememin if I want to change again?
Yes, I would like a refund on Christopher.
Thanks!

I am going to switch back to Rowling myself. But I still would like to be able to access the thememin I paid for and get a refund on Christopher.
Thanks!

Thememin is a retired theme. You have access to it because you purchased it in the past. But if that link I posted earlier does not let you access it, you may need to ask for staff help and we can switch back to it. You will not lose access to it.
I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
