How can I access my site?

    I got the following warning from WordPress:
    Wordfence found the following new issues on “Cymdeithas Rhandiroedd Maesgeirchen & Tan y Bryn Allotments Association”.

    Critical Problems:

    * WordPress core file modified: wp-content/index.php
    * The Plugin “Author Avatars List” needs an upgrade.
    * The Plugin “Jetpack by WordPress.com” needs an upgrade.
    * The Plugin “Login Logo” needs an upgrade.
    * The Plugin “Uber Login Logo” needs an upgrade.
    * The Plugin “Wordfence Security” needs an upgrade.
    * The Plugin “WP-PostViews Plus” needs an upgrade.
    * The Plugin “WP Google Fonts” needs an upgrade.

    Warnings:

    * Your DNS records have changed

    But as I can no longer log in there is nothing I can do about this. As well as this ihaven’t got a clue how to unchange my DNS record. I tried to put the username changer on as i got awarning saying that might be how the spammers, of which I was suddenly getting a lot, might be getting in. my user name was admin. Please help, as I say I can’t even log in now. http://www.allotmentsmaesg.co.uk Thank You.

    This support forum is only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs. The site linked to above is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and if that’s the site you need help with then this is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
