How can I add more fields to my contact form?

    The contact form generator will only let me put in 5 fields. Can I put in more?

    There is some sort of major “UH-OH” going on at wordpress.com at the moment, and I’m sure staff are working on the problem. We’ll just have to be patient for a bit. If you look through the forum front page, you will find any number of different issues right now, so this is a system-wide problem.

    I wish I had more to offer you, but that is the best we volunteers can do at this point. Hopefully staff will respond soon and let everyone know what is going on and when things will return to normal.

    There is a limit on the number of fields, but I’m pretty sure it is greater than 5.

    I did a form last year with 11 fields – so probably some bug the staff added today —

    Yeah, I was thinking it was something like that. I had to move away from the wordpress.com contact form with jetpack for one client because I needed 15 fields.
