How can I add tracking via Google Analytics?

  Hi there.

  I would like to include our blog in our Google Analytics account, in order to get a complete analytics view over our website and blog. How can I achieve that. (We are using the Theme Twenty Eleven.) I can only add Google Webmaster Tools Code, but can’t find an option to add the analytics ID or a tracking script (code snippet).

  I’m sorry, it’s not possible to install Google Analytics on WordPress.com. We do, however, offer a number of great stats features built into your blog.

  There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
