How can I adjust the web address of my WordPress site?

  I want to change the web address from https://uct1968sitin.wordpress.com/
  to https://uct1968sit-in.wordpress.com/
  There seems to be no option in Dashboard, General Settings, for changing the web address

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to clarify above: The blog I need help with is uct1968sitin.wordpress.com. Not sunnyfuture.wordpress.com. I don’t know how sunnyfuture crept in! Thanks.
