How can I cancel an automatic upgrade renewal and get a refund?

  One of my blogs has upgrades that are set on automatic renewal with no options to cancel, despite what WordPress documentation says. I would like to:

  1. Get a refund for a no ad upgrade that was automatically made
  2. Cancel two automatic renewals that are scheduled in a few months.

  1. I don’t see any No Ads upgrade on your account. Would you please request this from the account that owns that upgrade?

  2. I have disabled auto-renew on your two domains.

  I am now requesting from the account that owns the upgrades. Here you will see no ads upgrade and additional memory upgrade.

  If you look at the billing info you will see the other account as the credit card holder. I would like to request a refund to that account.
