How can I cancel my domain?

Hello. I have just registered a domain in WordPress with the name dulcetartadeazucar.com. However, I have changed my mind and I would like to cancel that action and receive a total refund, since I would like to use a different hosting page. I’ve tried to cancel my domain through the section “my upgrades” but it didn’t work, that’s the reason why I am sending this message.
I would aprreciate if you consider my appliance as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
