  I wonder how do I cancel my premium package , since I no longer want to have access to the services you offer.Is it possible to get my money back? Even a partial reversal ?

  I have canceled the upgrade processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
