How can I cancel my WordPress.com account? I am going the WordPress.org way

  I need to cancel my WordPress.com account. I only want a WordPress.org/Bluehost account.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  You can close your WordPress.com account by following the instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Please note: Your self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost is connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin. This plugin brings a number of WordPress.com features to your WordPress.org site. Just a heads up that if you close your WordPress.com account, the Jetpack features will stop working.
