    Hi snugglytails,

    The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com yet. What is the address of the site you would like to cancel the upgrades for?

    If you log in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to, there should be an option to cancel the upgrade from your Manage Purchases page.

    Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help though.
