How can I change my blog’s domain?

  I created a blog here on wordpress named pietroinmiami.wordpress.com and I want to change it for something else. Is that possible or do I have to start a new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change the displayed NAME, but not the URL, just by changing it under Settings->General. You can change the URL with the paid domain upgrade:
