How can I change my site's address?

    My current blog’s URL doesn’t match the new name I gave the site… Is there a way to change it? If not, is there a war tomrestart all my wordpress account to start from scratch??

    To restart a WordPress account from scratch? Not exactly, but you can empty or delete any websites in it.
