How can I change my theme to ‘Shapely’ by Colorlib?

Hey there,
Shapely is a third party theme solely designed for a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog. Third party themes can not be uploaded to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. They are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
The good news is that WordPress.COM has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
