How can I change the capture thumbnail in a video

  I tried to change the capture thumbnail of my video press, but it never stops to upload. I tried it using safari and chrome, and on 3 different computers, but it has no effects and keep saying “uploading”.

  Do you have any suggestions that could help me?

  I’m sorry for the trouble! We’ve reported this issue to our VideoPress team, but we don’t have a solution or workaround for it yet. I will let you know as soon as I have an update from our team about it.

  Thanks for your answer, but the problem isn’t solved and another one just got added to the list.
  The full-size option for video and photo medias is on but video aren’t aligned to the center, they step out of the page on the right side, OUTSIDE the central rolling page. You can check it in this article as an example.

  The video isn’t a link from another video player, it uses video press.
  What should I try?

  Our team is still working on a fix for the thumbnail issue — I’ll let you know as soon as I have news about that. :)

  I’m not seeing the issue you described; when I look at that post I see the video centered in the content area. Here’s a screenshot of what I see: https://cloudup.com/cGf6zPzd6V5

  If you see something different there, can you please make a screenshot of what you see? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.

  That will help me understand what you’re seeing so I can investigate it for you.
