How can I change the full blog posting from being sent via email?

How can I change the full blog posting from being sent via email. I just want my followers to be notified there is a new posting but the have to go to the site to view.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To change that, log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and go to Settings–> Reading and change the “For each article in a feed, show”
From“Full text”
To
“Summary”
Don’t forget to scroll down and click “save changes” at the bottom.
