How can I change the incorrect publishing date of my 10/1 post?

For the first time in the 10 months I’ve been blogging,, the post I just published was dated incorrectly as September 1 instead of October 1. As a result, it doesn’t display on my home page and is buried in my archives. Is there something I can do to fix tis, please? Thanks, Chloe
