How can I change the title on the main page & where can i find the control panel

  Hello,
  I have two questions. The first question is how can I change the ”title” in the first page. It is right above the theme.
  Second question, I need to know where to find & how to use the ”control Panel”. Is it the same thing as ”FTP” ?

  1. You can change that at Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard.
