How can I comment on other people's blogs?

  I have to post comments on other blogs I follow for a class. I can read the blogs, type the comments, but when i go to publish the blogs (they are using blogspot) they ask for my user id (from wordpress) and I type it in then it redirects me and says, “error..you don’t own that domain name” how can I comment on other people’s blogs?
