How can I contact WordPress support (as opposed to the public forums)?

    I’m having trouble with my account settings (email password, etc) simply not working. As this is not an issue to discuss publicly, how can I contact a WordPress representative for help? I have to work this out before I will upgrade. Thanks!

    If you’re having trouble accessing a different WordPress.com support, you can follow the steps in the Account Recovery guide for more help with that. If you fill out the account recovery form mentioned there, the recovery team will reply privately to discuss your options for regaining access to that account.
