How can I delete a "like" from a reader about my post?

    I had a blogger “like” my post and I received the notification. The problem is his name is “you’re a dumb ass”
    which shows up with his gravatar at the bottom of my post. How can I delete a “like” from the post? and delete it from my list of notifications? so that it does not seem like a comment about the post I wrote. I unchecked the box to show likes and sharing buttons for this post. But doesn’t that stop other readers from “liking” a post?
