how can I delete my bolg above?

  some few weeks ago I’ve created the blog but it was wrong and I’d like to start again. hence I deleted both the blog and a domain. now if I try to create a new blog, I get always the old one! what should I do? what’s wrong with me?
  what’s more I’ve requested your support already but never could find your reply. is it possible to send a reply to my mail address and show where I can find your reply on WP?
