  How can I delete my site? I need to delete this site silkandbrocade.worldpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to the dashboard->Tools page and deleted it there and be aware neither you nor anyone else can ever use that URL or content again if you do that.
