How can I display my about page if the link goes to my blog, not my about page?

  The About page on my blog is being displayed as my recent posts. I have tried changing themes, and I still have the issue.

  This is the front page of your blog where all posts are found exactly as would be expected. Note the URL http://thislovelyplace.wordpress.com/
  This is the URL for your About page http://thislovelyplace.wordpress.com/about/
  Changing themes doesn’t change URLs.

  Go here please > Settings > Reading and check the settings on that page carefully
  Front page displays
  Your latest posts

  A static page (select below)

  Front page:
  Posts page:

  If you have selected your About page as the Posts page then change the settings and click “save changes”.

  Either use a theme with a tabbed header for static pages or put the Pages widget in your sidebar.
