How can I display the PUBLISH button in pages?

    Trying to publish pages but there is only the save draft button available.
    Cleared cookies, cache, etc; changed themes to 2013, even refreshing the page gets the publish button to flash for a second only to be replaced by the ‘save draft’ option only.
    Any ideas?

    The Publish button won’t show up until you Confirm the account, so go to your email and look for that confirmation email. Sometimes if it doesn’t show up it is in your email Spam folder.
