How can I downgrade my plan

    Hi — my subscription has expired so I have limited access and cant seems to access Live Chat. I want to renew my subscription but need to downgrade from my current Business Plan. How do I go about it?

    I can help you get that sorted. The business plan was already removed from your account which is why the live chat option doesn’t appear.

    That’s the most affordable option to continue using your custom domain.

    Write back to let me know and then I’ll get the site downgraded and moved off of the business platform.
