You can export a copy of all the content in your blog out into a file on your desktop. This will not remove the contents of the blog from the blog it’s a copy of the content that you can then import into another blog for example if your are moving content from a free hosted WordPress.com blog into a self hosted WordPress.org install or into another WordPress.com free hosted blog. .
Go to Tools -> Export in your WordPress.com dashboard to download an XML file of your blog’s content. This format, which we call WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR, will contain your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags. http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
Is that what you want to do ie. Are you moving content into another free hosted WordPress.com blog or into a WordPress.org install?

If you want to delete all Posts – go to the Edit Posts section and click on the little box next to the Post on the left side – then pick Move to Trash from the bulk edit option just above the Post listings. That will delete the content but the blog will stay so you can use it again if you want – or you can set it to “Private” if you just don’t want people to read it.

If what you want to do is what auxclass has described then Do note that any blog posts and or pages that have been already indexed by search engines will not disappear from search engine page results. Google clears their caches every 3 – 6 months and Bing is about the same. Yahoo does not clear their as far as I can tell. What that means is anyone using a search engine and clicking links to the deleted indexed content will experience a “404” page not found error message. You can access you Google webmaster’s account and use the URL removal tool to request and earlier removal of any indexed page URL that produces a “404” but it’s up to Google staff to decide whether or not to do that earlier than cache clearing takes place.
