Thank you for coming back to me.
I have a plug in called Social link machine which automatically posts to a number of Social Media sites. In order to that I have to set up accounts in Tumblr ,Facebook,Blogger etc. One of the options is to post to wordpress.com.
I have input my account details in the plug in but on testing wordpress.com says ” You are not allowed to do this”. WordPress.com is not allowing posts from your IP address or blog.
Any help would be appreciated.

I’m afraid that is something you will need to take up with the developer of Social Link Machine.
